Saturday was a special day! Kendall completed her communion classes and was able to take her very first one at our Saturday service. Grandma, Grumpy and Maimes all came over and shared in the special day. To top it off, it was Grumpy's birthday too.
Happy Birthday Dad!

Happy Easter!
Happy Easter from the Rohm's to you!
Kendall was the early riser...6:30am. Blake opted to sleep in until 8:30am thus the reason there are very few photos of him. He searched for his eggs while I got ready for church. Kendall always requests notes from Santa, the Tooth Fairy and as well the Easter Bunny. We had a nice day: church and then a late brunch at Cinzzetti's. It was beautiful here today so the kids are out playing.

March Madness isn't just for Basketball
Baseball season is in full swing. We played in our first tournament a couple of weeks ago at the 12 AAA level. We are finding that there aren't many 11 Major teams so we are having to move up. We started the season out strong...played 2 games on Saturday and won both. Ended up getting snowed out on Sunday so being we were the first seed going in to Sunday means we won the tournament.

Here We Come Maimes!
So last weekend we headed up to Vail. George and Blake went skiing on Saturday and had a blast. Kendall, Amy, Mark and I didn't get out of our jammies until noon. Amy and I worked hard for an hour straight to get Justin Bieber tickets for Kendall. He plays here on her birthday. After we succeeded we then played board games the rest of the day. Had a fun time! We departed early Sunday as Amy and George had skiing plans as well. That day ended up being Amy's last ski day of the season as she fractured a bone in her knee...pretty serious injury. She is non-weight bearing for at least 4 weeks and then they will go from there. Sadly, all she did was stop and hurt herself. Who knows how? At least she could have made it good and had ski patrol come and get her.
